The Community (Free) plan includes up to 50 attendees, 1 admin seat, full event features including venue management, speakers, and agenda. You get standard QR check-in but communication features and data export are not available.
You pay once per event, not monthly. Create your event, choose your plan based on expected attendance, and pay. The plan covers all features for that specific event from creation to completion.
Yes! If your event grows beyond your plan's limit, contact us and we'll help you upgrade. You'll only pay the difference between plans.
Express QR Check-In includes offline caching, so check-ins work even without internet. It's faster and more reliable for high-volume events. Available in Pro Organizer and Festival plans.
Pro Organizer includes 10 updates via WhatsApp and email to attendees. Festival plan includes unlimited updates. Great for sending reminders, schedule changes, and announcements.
Yes, we offer full refunds if you cancel your event within 7 days of purchase and before any attendees have checked in. Contact our support team to process your refund.
