At QRliee, we strive to provide the best digital resume building experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.

2. One-Time Payment Model

QRliee operates on a one-time payment model. Once you purchase a package (Starter, Pro, or Professional), you get lifetime access to the features included in that package. There are no recurring charges or subscription renewals.

  • Starter Package: ₹199 (one-time)
  • Pro Package: ₹499 (one-time)
  • Professional Package: ₹999 (one-time)

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not generated or downloaded any PDF resumes
  • You have not created or shared a public profile link
  • The service is significantly different from what was advertised
  • Technical issues prevent you from using the core features

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
  • You have already used premium features (PDF downloads, public profile, etc.)
  • You simply changed your mind after using the service
  • You violated our Terms of Service
  • The request is made after account termination due to policy violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@qrliee.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide your payment transaction ID or Razorpay order ID
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request
  5. Include any relevant screenshots if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

6. Account Cancellation

6.1 Cancelling Your Account

You can cancel your QRliee account at any time. To cancel your account:

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings
  • Click on "Delete Account"
  • Confirm your decision

6.2 What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your public profile will be immediately deactivated
  • Your resume data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Any QR codes pointing to your profile will show a "Profile Not Found" page
  • Downloaded PDF resumes will remain accessible as they are saved locally
  • Account cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund

7. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:

  • Service outages that significantly impacted your experience
  • Features advertised but not available during your usage period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

8. Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is declined:

  • No charges will be applied to your account
  • If amount was deducted but payment shows as failed, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
  • Contact your bank if the amount is not refunded within the specified timeframe
  • For persistent payment issues, contact us at support@qrliee.com

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge or refund:

  • Contact us first at support@qrliee.com
  • We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days
  • If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, your account may be suspended

10. Promotional Offers

For purchases made during promotional offers or discounts:

  • Refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the original price
  • Promotional codes or discounts cannot be reused after a refund
  • Free trials do not qualify for refunds

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
